Hand over the admin.
Get your week back.
I am Wellsa. I run inbox, calendar, travel and client admin for small international teams, from Bali. One person, not a rotating pool, with a registered company behind the invoice.
4 of 4 retainer places open
A Tuesday, handled
Sample day
- 07:40Inbox triaged. Four things need you, the rest are answered.
- 09:15Flight moved, hotel rebooked, new itinerary in your calendar.
- 11:30Two supplier quotes chased, both in one comparison sheet.
- 14:05Client questions answered in your voice, two escalated to you.
- 16:20CRM tidied. No duplicates, no blank owners, nothing stalled.
Not a real client day. It is what a normal one looks like once the admin is not yours.
- PT-registered company in Indonesia
- NDA on request
- UTC+8, live overlap with Europe and Asia
- Direct. No agency margin
The work that fills your day and moves nothing forward.
Six things I run end to end. You approve the rules once, then stop thinking about them.
- 01
Inbox and calendar
Triage, replies, scheduling, and focus blocks that actually stay protected.
- 02
Travel and bookings
Flights, hotels, itineraries, and the rebooking when it all moves.
- 03
Client communication
First-line email and chat, in your voice, to rules you set.
- 04
Research and reporting
Suppliers, competitors, options. One decision-ready sheet, not twelve tabs.
- 05
Data and CRM upkeep
Deduping, tidy fields, and nothing quietly rotting in your pipeline.
- 06
Documents and SOPs
How you do it, written down, so the process survives a holiday.
Three steps, and none of them are a sales process.
- 01
A 20 minute call
You describe what is eating your week. I tell you honestly whether I am the right fix, and what it would cost.
- 02
We agree the rules
What I touch, what I never touch, how you want things worded, and who I am allowed to reply to on your behalf.
- 03
I run it
You get a short note each week on what moved. You stop being asked about the small things.
Pick the hours. Cancel or move tier any month.

Or buy a one-off project
Fixed scope, fixed price, no retainer. Useful when you have one specific mess rather than an ongoing load.
Inbox Reset
about 15 hours
A chaotic inbox emptied, sorted and handed back with the filters and templates that keep it that way.

Suppliers, competitors or options researched and reduced to one comparison sheet you can decide from.

How your team actually works, written down as procedures somebody new could follow.
$500
Ask about Systems and SOP Build
What you actually get for the money.
I am on UTC+8
That is a live working overlap with Europe and Asia. For the United States it is an overnight advantage rather than a live one, and I would rather say so than promise round-the-clock cover I cannot staff.
There is a company behind this
PT Offload Junyska Studio is a registered Indonesian company. It can sign an NDA, issue a proper invoice, and be held to an agreement. Most people offering this work are individuals who cannot.
You get me, every time
No account manager, and no pool of assistants relearning your business every month. That is also why the number of places on this page is small and real.
Offload Studio is new, and I would rather say so.
I have done this work before, but Offload Studio itself is new. Rather than borrow testimonials from somewhere else, this space stays empty until my own clients fill it.
Questions people ask before booking
What hours do you actually work?
I am on UTC+8 in Bali. That is a live overlap with Europe and most of Asia during your working day. For clients in the United States the work happens overnight, so you send it and it is done when you wake up.
How do I pay?
Card payment in US dollars or euros is being set up now. Until it is live, tell me which plan you want and I send an invoice within one business day. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
Will I get you, or someone else?
Me. Offload Studio is one person by design, which is why the number of client places is shown on this page and why it is a small number.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Offload Studio is PT Offload Junyska Studio, a registered Indonesian company, so it can sign an agreement and be held to it.
What happens if I need more hours than my plan?
Extra hours are billed at $18. If that happens two months running, move up a tier instead. It works out cheaper.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Rolling hours over turns a service into a bank balance and makes the tier meaningless. If you consistently use less, move down a tier and keep the money.
Can I cancel?
Yes, month to month after the first month. No notice period and no exit fee.
What do you not do?
Anything that needs a professional licence I do not hold, and anything that would require me to act as your employee rather than as a supplier. If a task is outside what I can do properly, I will say so rather than take it on.
Tell me what is eating your week.
Twenty minutes, no pitch. You describe the mess, I tell you honestly whether I am the right fix and what it would cost.
PT Offload Junyska Studio. Kerobokan, Bali, Indonesia.
Card checkout for Core is nearly ready.
I am setting up international payments so you can pay by card in US dollars or euros, on a normal monthly subscription.
Until that switches on, message me with the plan you want and I send an invoice within one business day. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
