Terms and Conditions

The short version

You are buying a set number of hours a month, or a fixed one-off project, from an Indonesian company. Prices are in US dollars. There is no checkout on this website: you agree the plan with us first and we invoice you. Plans are month to month after the first month. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Who you are contracting with

Services offered on this website are provided by:

PT Offload Junyska Studio, trading as Offload Studio
Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia
Business Identification Number (NIB): 2201260095151
Registered activity (KBLI): 82110, combined office administrative services

The work is carried out personally by Wellsa Junyska. Written questions about these terms go to hello@theoffloadstudio.com.

Who these services are for

We work with businesses and independent professionals outside Indonesia. Prices are shown in both US dollars and Indonesian rupiah, and invoices are issued in US dollars. The rupiah figures are shown because PT Offload Junyska Studio is an Indonesian company; they are converted at a fixed rate that is reviewed as the market moves, so the dollar amount is the one that governs.

What you are buying

Monthly plans. Light is 10 hours a month, Core is 25, Partner is 50. Hours are hours actually worked inside one calendar month. Hours you do not use are not carried into the next month, which is why the tiers are priced the way they are. If you consistently use less, move down a tier. Work beyond your plan is billed at 18 US dollars an hour, and if that happens twice running we will suggest a higher tier instead.

One-off projects. A fixed fee for a fixed scope, agreed in writing before anything starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.

How you start, and how you pay

🔴 There is no card checkout on this website and nothing can be paid for here.

  1. You message us on WhatsApp, or write to hello@theoffloadstudio.com, with the plan or project you want.
  2. We confirm the scope, the start date and the price in writing.
  3. We send an invoice, normally within one business day.
  4. The payment method is agreed with you at that point. We do not currently operate a single fixed method, so this is settled case by case when the plan is confirmed.
  5. Work begins once the first invoice is paid.

Card and subscription payment is not available yet. We are in the process of setting it up with Xendit, a licensed Indonesian payment provider. Until that is live, the flow above is the only way to pay, and these terms will be updated when it changes.

Monthly plans are invoiced in advance for the coming month. Projects are invoiced 50 per cent on booking and the balance on delivery. Nothing is charged before you have approved it.

Length of the agreement, and ending it

The first month is committed. After that a plan runs month to month. You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no notice period and no exit fee. You can move between tiers at any month boundary.

We may end an agreement, with a full refund of anything paid for work not yet done, if the work turns out to be outside what we can do properly, or if the requirements below are not met.

What we do not do

We will not take on anything that needs a professional licence we do not hold, and we will not take on work that would make Wellsa your employee rather than an independent supplier. We do not carry out anything illegal, deceptive, or intended to mislead a third party. If a task falls outside what we can do properly, we say so rather than take it on.

What we need from you

Access to the tools the work requires, granted through proper delegated access or a password manager rather than credentials pasted into a chat. A named person we can ask questions. Instructions clear enough to act on. If we are blocked waiting for one of these, the hours in your plan still belong to that month.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us in the course of the work is treated as confidential. We do not disclose it to anyone else, and we do not use it for any purpose other than doing your work. This continues to apply after the agreement ends. We will not name you as a client, or show any of your material, without your written permission.

Ownership of the work

Once an invoice is paid in full, the deliverables produced for you under it are yours. We keep no rights over them. Anything we already owned before the work started, such as our own templates and checklists, stays ours.

Liability

We provide these services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data held on systems we do not control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you buy is the version that applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute falls to the courts of Kabupaten Badung or Denpasar, Bali. Before that, both sides agree to try in good faith to settle the matter directly.
